Cathy saw the oncologist on Monday. The CT showed that her tumor has grown and is now filling her liver. While it hasn't spread beyond her liver, the chemo is not working. It was a very hard decision, but Cathy has decided not to continue with further chemotherapy. She remains at the Devon hospital and is not in any pain, just very tired.

This is a hard update to respond to. Cathy seemed in good spirits when Gail and I went up to see her last week. But yes, quite tired. I wish there were better day time shows on TV to entertain her during what has turned into a long hospital stay. Cathy, I hope to sneek up and see you again before too long. I have been waiting around the house for 3 days for an electrian to show up to do some wiring. After he finally shows up and gets the work done (hopefully tomorrow)I will be able to arrange a time.
